Slitting
Nashville Rubber & Gasket slits conveyor belt up to 72” wide, which allows our customers prompt access to any width under 6FT wide.
Vulcanizing
Some applications requirement belts to be vulcanized with special heating tools that permanently bond two ends. This can be used to create and endless belt, avoiding mechanical lacing, or to extend belt length. Heavy black belt can be vulcanized up to 84” wide. Light weight belting can be vulcanized to 75”.
On-Site Service
Nashville Rubber & Gasket has 4 belt crews ready to come to you! Let the experts do the work! We will measure your system, prescribe a product, lace or vulcanize the belt, and adjust your conveyor right there! Contact us for more information about mobile conveyor services.
